If you like it nice and quite this is the place. Not the cheapest maybe but you can go for a walk around the complex without feeling like you could be mugged anytime.
You have little lakes with ducks, walk way?s with chipmunks, squirrels etc and the people there are friendly.
Not a party place maybe but its free of drugs and gangs as far as I can tell.
The rental crew is nice and any repairs are done the next day, at least for me.
Maintenance is reasonably good, buildings are clean.
