I lived in this complex for more than seven years and left recently. During this time I didn't get any serious problem. Maintenance service was good. Generally if there is a repair problem they address it in a reasonable time. However my impression was changed at the end. After I left they charged unacceptable charges for the damage of carpet. There were some problems with the carpet. But considering my stay for several years and the actual damage I felt they charged a lot. Their response was not very good. I found out that other old residents also complained about their charges for the damage. I was able to talk to only to one person who is responsible for damages. I requested to talk to the manager several times. But this person prevented me from talking to the manager saying that he is very busy and nothing will change by talking to manager as she has already mentioned this to the manager about this issue. Finally I gave my phone number to her and pass the message to the manager. Since I have not received any response to him, now I am in the process of settling this issue in the small claim court. Once I get the settlement from the court I will post another message here. I would like to write this again, although my last dealing with them was very bad, I did not have any problem earlier.
