Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Some of the apartments are very old.
Poor insulation.
No centralized A/C and heat as displayed in model apartments.
Lake is not maintained properly, dirty and smells bad.
Mosquito and insect problem
Swimming pools are two small
Parking is not so adequate.
Internal sidewalks and trees are not maintained/cleaned regularly and properly.
Rent varies from person to person for same type of apartment.
