Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I lived there from 2000 to 2002 for more than two years. After I moved out, they charged me $400 dollars out of my deposit for carpet, although I kept the carpet very clean. When I talked with their manager, he said this is their policy. This is the worst experience I have ever had. So this is their policy: when you move out, they replace new carpet for their apartment at your expense.
