This complex is going downhill fast! When I first moved in things were decent, but as the years have gone by it just keeps on getting worse. Maintenance is terrible, it takes them days to get to your apartment- and when they do they (1) they can't speak English (2) don't have the correct tools so they have to make several trips and (3) don't fix it correctly and have to come back again!
The landscaping looks wonderful near the main office- but the further away from the office you get - the worse it looks. Last year the bushes around my deck were cut only TWO TIMES! It looked like I lived in a forest most of the summer.
Parking is terrible. The rules are not enforced and I end up having to park where the visitors are supposed to park.
They brag about the 2 "sparkling" pools- well last summer my kids and I walked to one of the pools numerous times in beautiful weather just to find out that it was closed. And by the way, on the walk to the pools you have to dodge all of the goose poop that is covering the sidewalks. The ponds are gross and they smell horrible and look even worse with all pop cans and beer bottles floating around.
The heating/ac is archaic. I never turn my heat on because my apartment is constantly hot. In the winter months I have to open my windows and have the ceiling fans running in order to be comfortable. The air conditioners are useless in the summer.
I don't know who any of the staff is amymore. The turn over rate is ridiculous- everytime I call or go to the front office a new person is sitting at the desk surfing the web.
I don't know any of my neighbors because nobody renews their lease after the first year! I have had over a dozen neighbors/families in my hallway alone in the past 3 years. I doubt that I will be staying here much longer.
I would never reccomend this place to anyone and I'm sure the good reviews are coming from managment because EVERY person that I talk to who lives here has multiple complaints.
