I think this place is nice. The landscape is beautifully maintained, and I always see men working outside with bushes, trimming, mowing, etc. Someone commented about garbage being everywhere, well I have not seen any garbage and I always see staff cleaning up around the complex.
The maintence staff is very timely. But, my screen door fell off the runner, and when the crew came to fix the door, they did not lay down any paper and tracked grease and mud all over the carpet. The next day someone came and cleaned our carpet, but as it dried all of the grease was visible. It still looks like ----, but we will probally have to pay for it to be replaced when we leave.
I do have a problem with the windows considering that they do not lock and I am always concerned about that.
The people who live in this complex are very friendly with the exception of the bad mouthed kids who come out after school. Everyone that I have met is very nice, and the people in my building have lived here for years and said they never had a problem.
Overall, I think the place is a nice place to live, a lot better than some complexes around here.
People just have to understand that nothing can be perfects!!
