Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I love it here.It is very safe and I would strongly recommend it for anybody who worries about safety.
Maintenence is excellent all you've to do is call and they fix it ASAP.
The fitness center is adequate(could be better) but well, you get what you pay for.
