I moved to this complex in 2003 when it was still called Westwood Springs. Over the course of the next several years I saw a sharp decline in the quality of the other renters as well a decrease in general upkeep of the complex as a whole. When I first moved to the complex I had to fill out a credit and criminal background check. I had a friend who moved in after the new owners took over in 2006 and she didn't fill out anything. No deposit, no checking, just move in, we'll take anybody. After the central office moved across the lake to Emerald Courts the whole establishment went down hill in my opinion. The office personnel at the Natural Falls office have no real power when it comes to decision making, although they really try to help. I argued over my crappy A/C unit for 2 years with no replacement, even on high it would only cool my 1 BR to 80 degress at best. New owners, lower standards I guess. I'm glad I got out and wouldn't go back. Pretty view though.
