I'm not sure if I've ever seen more incompetent staff at an apartment complex! I don't know who hired ---------but I'm certain their intention was to see how many tenants they could infuriate. The apartment themselves are nice on the outside and just ok on the inside. But for the price, you can find much better in the Chicagoland area with pleasant, professional staff.
