We have lived here for almost 3 years. In that time many things have happened. Crown molding falling, floors never sealed and are splitting, walls cracked, sewer problems every other month, parking troubles, cars keyed, they NEVER salt in winter , the plowing is a joke. The plow came thru and blocked in all the garbage areas. So, the garbage is piling up because the garbage men can't get to the trash bins. Everytime we call to get something fixed, they never follow thru on their promise to fix it. the tennis court are in disrepair and have been since we moved in, with the promise they would be fixed soon, never were. the workout room has nothing but broken down equipment with duct tape on in an attempt to make the equipment usable, nothing works in there and is extremely filthy, the toilets in our appartment get clogged and over flow everytime there is a large rainfall, we were without storage units for 6 months because they were supposedly repairing a pipe in the laundry room. ever since they "repaired" that pipe the entire building is infested with these nasty little bugs that come out of the wood work, and toilets. It's disgusting!!! And no matter how much you clean they keep coming back!the staff in the office is unfriendly and unco-operative and if you complain, you get treated even worse. their management company has no contact info anywhere, and when you ask the office for that number they give you someone elses number that has nothing to do with the management company. swearing, rudeness and hang ups is all we ever get from their personnel. sure they are polite when you are looking to rent, but once that contract is signed, niceness goes out the window and ignorance enters. the parking lot is full of pot holes, and when the resealed the lot the chaos that ensued for almost 2 months was ridiculous. parking was in extremely short supply and very unorganized. Management again did nothing, has repeatedly made promises it has no intension of following thru on. Considering we pay rent to live here and it's not cheap, everything should be fixed and in working order. They love to use the line "our budget got cut"...with how many units are here and how many pay so much in rent, there should not be a money deficit problem. So where is all the money going to' Obviously not to the upkeep of the complex! So, NO i would not recommend renting in this complex.
