I have been living there for more than 12 years, and I will continue to live there.
Like other complex and everything else service went up and down, but for the last 4 years service is getting better and better, and the management talks all calls seriously, It is very safe community, my grandkids come over every weekend and stay with me and we all enjoy the pool in the summer.
The landscaping, the water falls and the lakes are amazing. I wrote this review because I do really appreciate what this management is doing for me and my neighbors.

There are tennis courts available on Woodridge drive, and there is a park district across the street. I think the fitness center is under renovation because there is all brand new equipment, and the office will be making it 24 hour access with security cameras.

Of course, written by Management--at least the ones that haven't been arrested! Please, just look around before you rent! The "tennis courts" are an eyesore--there have been no nets for at least 5 years and are overgrown with weeds! All of the "exercise room" is broken and or filthy! Most of the waterfalls don't work and are filled with mold and they just fired all of the maintenace crew! Yea..great place to live! IF your standards are really low!

yes i agree with the response to the review. i lived there from 2003-2007 and saw a staggering decline in service when the community was bought out and became natural falls resorts. i paid the extra money to have a waterfront view and would say that the waterfalls worked less than 25% of the time during my living there. the rest of the time they were just full of stagnant water and garbage. the staff was far less than friendly.

I lived in the complex for 4 years and it steadily declined in service and quality. The area is wonderful, the schools are great, the apartment complex is a joke. Last winter (Dec. 2008) I slipped on the unsalted walkways while walking to the elementary school to pick up my children and got a concussion. I was six months pregnant at the time. Illinois is a landlord state which means that tenants have very few, if any rights. As long as the complex was able to prove that they "attempted" to salt the walkways, I was not able to sue. My neighbor's son slipped and broke his hand, another broke her leg (she was able to sue and we are attempting to bring a law suit against the company together). The staff is rude and incompentent, everytime I called to work with management about the ice issue he swore at me and hung up on me several times. They made several excuses about city code that they were not allowed to provide salt to the residents. My neighbors and I often salted our own walkways as best we could leaving the bags in the vestibule, no one ever said a word to us.

to the person that slipped and fell. you must not have had a good attorney! Illinois has some of the best laws for tenants. You should have consulted an injury attorney. Wow they have insurance on the property so the landlord was responsilble. you should have done your homework and sued their property insurance.
