This apartment complex is antiquated. It has the oldest fixtures, the worst gym equipment ever in the weight room. A dumpy little party room. In the winters, try getting your car out from the high banks of snow that they refuse to remove adequately. They claim to have covered parking available, but there is a waiting list for like 5 spots. and they are miles from the apartments themselves. Wanna see live racoons and skunks' This is the place to see them, along with dirty ducks, for FREE! By the way, you can get rabies from both racoons and skunks. This place is a little too 'natural' for me, like going back to the caveman era.

I don't know where you are getting this info from, it looks that you haven??t been to the property for at least four month, for the gym have new equipment top of the line from Sears, and the party room has been relocated to other place. Even though the snow can be bad--On the other side though they are realy good when I have a problem they respond to me right away.....also I really love the raccons, skunks and birds. Its nice to have some nature in such a urban area. They really do a good job with landscaping----also I have totally new updated apartment. They also put in all new hardwood stairs in the building

Funny how the responses are annonymous. I agree that the skunks are a problem, but the ducks are very charming and racoons and possum are not a problem unless you are planning on dumpster diving in the middle of the night. The goose poop is an issue though. The complex also never makes any attempt to clear snow and ice. In the summer the water is treated to prevent mosquitos, but they use too much product which makes the water look like toilet water (this was told to me by a grounds keeper when I asked) and could cause harm to the wildlife. If the gym has been repaired, I haven't seen it. I stopped going because the smell was awful and it wasn't worth the trouble. The residents were never informed any updates were being made. I have never heard or seen covered parking unless you count the sheds in the middle of the complex.
