We lived here for 3 yrs now, but since fall 08 its under new management, which decided to lower the radiator heating to the "lowest legal limit" of 64 degrees, its only October now and is freezing in the apartment and this is after their suggestion of turning the valve open all the way. Their boiler only goes on during certain hours and never gets very hot, don't expect hot water without a long wait, so you are totally at their mercy. In January this year when it got into the negatives you could see your breath in your own apartment. When we first moved here the heat was totally fine and under our control. Now we have no contol over the heat but are paying a much larger amount in rent, we cannot wait until our lease is up. DON'T MOVE HERE unless you want to be sick all winter.
Same issues as other posts here as well, also since new management bugs have infested the buildings. Washers/dryers suck you will have to do each load twice.
