I lived here for 3years now and i don't have any problem. I love the schools and the area is wonderful.I have two children so I really looked into the complex when I was shopping for a apartment and looked into the schools as well. I wanted to make sure i was putting my children in a safe place. When every I had an issue it was always handled right away. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

ARE YOU FOR REAL! can you recall the past winters with cars being stuck in the snow,and no salt thrown down, And the staff of idots in the office. Go in the office at 10am and see if everyone is praying to the east!!! GOOD LUCK .I even went as far as to run a add in the news paper not to rent from there and emerald court.

I also wouldn't take advice from anyone who doesn't proof read their comments before posting them on a public forum....as they are full of spelling and grammatical errors. The snow is bad, but this is Chicago and you should expect you're going to have to dig your car out if you have to park in a lot.

I am Mu$lim, and pray to east and this does not happen at 10am---and for your information the management out the buildings are NOT EVEN MU$LIM...they are Egyptian Coptic who are CHRISTIANS. Even if they were Mu$lim, which they??re not, what would be wrong with taking time out of your day to pray to god. Perhaps you should be doing more of this instead of spreading hate and ignorance to others. I will pray for you that god will forgive you and help you to have a more open minded view of the world.

The place is really bad. The school is awful, we had to do two Police reports about our child getting attacked in the school. The degree of up-keep has gone downhill the last few years. You cannot hide the fact, just look around. Whatever the religion or faith of the owners may be, if someone doesn't care, they don't care! Just by driving through the complex, you can tell that they don't care!

Obviously the original poster is a plant from the main office. Hey how about you turn up the heat you cheap pricks, we're paying you enough in rent for it! I love having to let the water run for 10 minutes before its even warm. Oh and great resurfacing job you did on the street, the next day after and your wonderful speed bumps are already deteriorating and adding road debris.

I haven't had any issues living here. I haven't had any trouble with the heat or the water not being hot. I just moved in 3 months ago but so far no real issues besides the "new 24 HR gym" that isn't new or 24hrs and has a very dangerous weight bench and equipment in disrepair. I was told I would have control over my own heat. Is that untrue?
