Pine Ridge was a very unclean place to live. You could not walk through the grass without stepping in dog poop. The people in the office were always rude to my kids and me. There used to be kids doing their drugs in the hallway and hanging out in the halls. The cops are always there with some kind of problem. I have had my tire caps stolen by kids and when I went to the office to complain they did not help me. It took 2 weeks for the maintenance men to come in and fix my patio screen. If you decide to rent at Pine Ridge make sure you tell them that you don't have a pet because otherwise they will charge you pet rent when there are people living there that have many pets and don't pay anything.
