It is not alot ot ask of an apartment complex to have clean gounds, clean halls, apartments that are comfortable and livable. Pine Ridge has the Comfortable and livable, but the being clean is another subject i know it has and had nothing to do with maintenance because they did and do their jobs daily and some time more.No one is asking for a mint on their pillow and a massage every morning or evening for that matter but when you move somewhere that there is supposed to be those things taken care of for you then that is all anyone asks. When parking is a bad issue and nothing can or is done about it and the fix is only a letter then there is something wrong too. Single woman and young woman with children should not have to walk from one end of the complex to the other just to get to their own apartments. I don't care if the place is safe or not, because honestly no place is safe any more. Coming home at night and finding men sitting out on the stoops drinking beers and whatever else is not something children should have to see either along with the teens making out there also. This complex has it good things and bad things but but for me the bad things out way much of the good. For me the the parking situations and the fact that Maintenance can not do their job( meaning Management wont let them) is a big part too.
