I would like to say that one person in Leasing her name is Katie is the best and most wonderful so if you are to come here speak with this lady and let her rent you a good Apartment. Maintenance is the greatest. they get things done in a timely manor and they are able to get it done right the first time..so don't listen to those negitive comments about Pine Ridge Apartments sure it may not be the tops but i call it home

I beg to differ on the maintence, yea they come when needed but they believe that jerry rigging just about everything is ok
