Not A Good Place to Live

I guarantee you that all the good comments about Pine Ridge is coming from their own management team. Pine Ridge use to be a good place to live, but not any more. Unfortunately management does not care about the property. Too many bad elements have taken over. If something happens (theft, kids being beat up) in the area, they will not warn you. And you know they know, because cops are always on the property. If children are swarming the parking lots near cars, you won't see anyone asking them to play in the park. Slopping and missing patio decks, leaky toilets, major repair work during winter holidays (which is embracing if you have company), junk being stored in hallways, cars being broken into and keyed, fire alarms constantly going off, I could go on, but you get the picture. Oh ya, and management should mention in their lease terms that you can only park one of your cars in front of your apartment building, while visitors can park wherever they want. I'm not a big complainer at all, but to say that there are no major problems at Pine Ridge would be unfair to you.
