Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
This place is an absolute circus.
Management is rude. Threatened my children with his cane.
Maintenance blows you off.
Nothing is clean.
Abandoned cars in the parking lot.
No Parking.
Hallways smell terrible.
Buildings are falling apart.
Airconditioners are not energy efficient.
Carpet is 10 years old when you move in.
***High Crime Rate Neigborhood***
Police are always "breaking things up".
Not well lit at night.
Neighbors pay $500/mo. for the same apartment you pay $850 for.
Good luck moving out. They'll charge you for things you didn't do.
Dont' move here- you'll be sorry!
