They will let anyone, and I do mean anyone rent here. The area is getting dark. The hallways are not cleaned like they used to be they are always littered. Upstairs smells of fecial matter, urine, and lord knows what else. Some kids run around without surpervision and mess with peoples cars and other property. Nothing is fixed right the first time but that is improving. Have not had any issues with neighbors and that is rare for apartment living. Parking has improved since more and more people are moving out due to people becoming unsure if leases are changing from 12 months to 24, no one can answer if this is really happening or not. College kids are gone for the summer, that was a good idea, lets move in Westwood college kids in so they can party, smoke and sell pot right off the patios and play loud music 24/7. I sure hope the new owners can crack the whip and change things and make Woodridge an more inviting place to live. Honestly, most of the riff raff is from across the street at other apartments and especially the section 8 condos but the town blames Pine Ridge too...not so. They come over here to the park to play basketball and cops are always called due to the ghettofabulous crowd. Apartment living has it's ups and downs so and if you want a perfect place to live then save up and buy a house
