When we first moved here the owner was great he did everything to make sure the residents were taken care of. Then towards the end of our lease new owners came in and changed everything for the worse. They don't fix anything you need to be fixed and when they do they charge you and don't tell you untill the next day after the work has been done. They won't even let you break your lease. With the housing market being so good right now and the owners of this place being so bad, we were wanting to move before our lease is up but they won't let anyone break their lease - no exceptions!!! Not even with 6 months notice and a rent penalty, which I'm sure most people would be happy to pay to leave here. Not to mention, when the new owners took over everyone was leaving and there were several apts for rent and the new owners are letting trash move in here because they are hopeless when it comes to resident retention. They couldn't keep a bug on the wall if they paid it to stay. Gang bangers, drug dealers, you name it it lives here now. The only reason I'm still here is because I'm forced to live out my lease term.

So if you are looking for a nice place to live with great landlords, flexible lease conditions and good maintenance, KEEP LOOKING!!!!!!! Don't stop here.

Some of the lease stipulations

- Parking is a nightmare because they will tow your car if you back in and you can't have friends over past 10:00pm without calling in their cars to the towing company.
- They charge you for maintenance.
- If you don't believe in renters insurance - you better start if moving here because the plumbing, electric and gas lines are not up to par.
- They automatically charge everyone upon move-out $80 to clean carpet and $40 to paint...Our carpet was ten years old when we moved in here.....and isn't that someting they have to do anyway before re-renting....hummmm, makes you wonder.
- If you get locked out during office hours they charge you.
