It was great when we first moved here ---- the property manager is so sweet and great but every year rent goes up and property and quality of renters go way down!! You pay way too much to live in the getto with no dishwasher pay for your washer and dryer( which I do not reccommend you using anyway!!) and window air units in one part of the apart if you want one in your bedroom you need to buy it yourself and pay them to install!! parking pot on weekends forget it get used to walking light in the lot are alweays going out, owners have chaged hand 4-5 times already. you will pay extra fees for maintence to come out to your place(24hr maint. YEAH RIGHT!!)these charges are called thier HUSSLE MONEY that is only payable in cash at the time work is done and just try and ask them to add it to your rent and they wont because they are not suppose to charge you that anyway. You can find quiter and more respectful nieghbors in jail! For the price in rent keep looking you WILL find a better deal with more features with no problem.
