you have got to be kidding me if you think the quarters is a nice place to live. if you re idea of nice is pot heads hanging out on the front steps (including the cluless and stupid managers druggie daughter who was busted for drugs during a police raid, unattended chikldren (some 3 years old wandering around), used condom wrappers in lots, cars getting broken into, paying for general maintenance and upgrades that should eb done anyway, then the quarters is your new place! be prepared to pay alot to get alittle. and don't forget the suprise charges i am glad i moved from that hellhole thanks for ruining my credit with your fees and never ending late charges.
