Been living here for several months now and I am pretty happy. Sure, it's an apartment and with that comes apartment life - ie, shared laundry, lots of people, etc.

However, it's nice. I've got a two bedroom unit and I find it roomy. I've had no need to engage the building management, so I cannot comment on that, but they seem nice enough when I've bumped into them.

The floors are made of concrete, which really helps with the noise factor. Sure, every once in a while, you hear music, but nothing late at night or early in the morning.

They allow dogs and cats, I've got a giant dog and there are no problems with that. There are lots of dogs here and people always clean up after them, which is mighty nice.

For the money, it's not a bad place at all.
