I have been meaning to do this for awhile now but it has always slipped my mind on doing so until now. I would like to say that I have read all of the other reviews for this complex and would like to say that most of the negative reviews have probably come from people who had issues with management because they couldn't have things done their way. I have lived here for 7 years and will continue to live here because I have found this to be one of the better places to be in Woodridge. The management is very nice and they do try to accomodate the tenants to the best of their ability however, they are here to run a business and ultimately have to do things that doesn't always benefit each and every tenant but that doesn't make them bad. That just makes them business owners and that is not wrong. As far as the maintenance, anytime I have needed something done it has been taken care of and when it snows the man that plows the lot and clears the walkways is out there doing just that before I leave for work and that is usually about 6:30am. The only bad thing I have to say about this complex would be that alot of people(tenants)are in everyone else's business, but that is nothing against the complex because that comes with apartment living and daily life in general everywhere you go. If you keep to yourself there are no problems. As far as the kids around here, there are alot of kids here and some of them are unsupervised but that is the job of the parents, not the complex!!! So all in all, if you want a nice place in Woodridge that is better than most here that I have seen, don't let the negative reviews stop you from coming here. This is a nice place to live,the management and maintenance staff are very nice!!!

You must be in management at the quarters. The maintenence man is a freak. scary person. The complex is falling apart. It's cold in the apartments in the winter and hot when the wheather changes in the spring time. i have had problems with my refrig and stove since day one and have let management know on several occassions the laundry room floods. No dish washer or garbage disposal for $950.00 I can live in a better apartment complex because this one sucks!!!!!!!

No, I am not in management at the apartment!!! As far as anything you have to say... The maintenaince man is scary? What a joke that statement is!!! He does what he is paid and told to do the same as you would in your own job if you have one. The complex may have things happening but it is no different than when something goes wrong with a home that has aged, things eventually need to be replaced and fixed. That is what you are to carry renters/homeowners insurance for!!! If you lived in your own home or were paying your own gas bill, which by the way, (most other complexes are now requiring you to pay yourself) You would also control the temperature at certain times when you need to!!! Also,you knew moving in that there was no dishwasher or garbage disposal when you moved in, unless you chose not to look at an apartment before moving into one, which just makes you the dumb one for not knowing in the first place!!! If your hot in the spring turn the thermostat down. If your cold put on a sweater, duh!!! As far as my attitude with this place now, no, I am not totally happy with living here right now but it really has nothing to do with the management. It has more to do with the trash that they are renting to because of stupid laws requiring them not to be discriminating even if they know that the people are coming in are white /black trash!!! My problem is with the people who live here, who are ignorant and have no consideration for the others who live around them. Good luck finding another place that is better for less than $1000.00. Or, try living with the other trash on Janes Ave!!!
