We had 2 problems with this place before we had even signed a paper to move here.
We were promised an apartment in August and the Office manager Kim, told us it would be no problem. In July we went back to find out what apartment we were getting and we wanted to get all the paper work in order, we came to find out that she rented the apartment we were promised out from under us and we had to extend our current leas at a higher price so we had a place to live until November when she said again they would have more available.

We went back earlier this time and got most of the paperwork in Order, had given them the deposit and were felling pretty good about everything. Depsite what happened before we decided to give them a second chance. So the first week in November we went back in and suprise suprise Kim no Longer worked there. There was no record of our deposit ever being taken, no credit check application of file and of course our money was missing.

Apparently Kim had made off with the money and left a bunch of people high and dry.

Needlees to say we will not be living here, we have found a much nicer apartment with much better amenities for less, and there is no one stelaing our money.

Granted she no longer works there but it really makes me question their business practices if no one is checking up on the books regularly, I would be very very nervous to be a tenant here.

yes this did happen i lived there at the time and kim did screw alot alot of people over in which i was one lucky one who wasnt but i felt so bad for the people and the staff told the rest of the people who got screwed over that they had to pay all the money that wasnt showing up for the rent in the books or they will be kicked out this was really -------- and this place is really bad and the neighbors are very rude and the kids love to hit BRAND new cars with stuff
