This place is unbelievable! The mold in the apartments would choke a horse. The Manager (Matt)is unperfessional. It's all about him and his girlfriend in the office. The noise level around the apartments would wake a hibernating bear. Timber Creek should be known as Timber Leak. The fitness center smells like sitting water, and poor Maryann has asked several times for the problem to be fixed, but she gets the blow off too. Man to ignore your own employees...how low!! I heard rumor that Timber Creek is being bought out....I hope it's true. Anyone has to be better then this management company.(A&R Katz) I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
