When I first moved into TCA, I thought it was pretty nice, compared to my old apartment. Then the management showed me how they do business. My girlfriend was towed with a valid parking pass. When I complained to the office, "M" told me that I should go talk to the towing company manager, because he is a fair guy, and will probably give me a discount. "M" then called the towing company while I was on my way there, to make sure we paid full price. Now, this past sunday, I came home to find human excrement all over my bathroom floor. But due to the holiday, I can't get ahold of the office until tuesday, and maintenence sticks to the story that they don't clean. I will never rent here again. I hope this review stops as many people as possible from renting here!
