Not sure about all these other folks, but my experiences have been fine here. I have never had problems getting requested repairs done, and as a matter of fact, have had things get worked on that I hadn't even brought up to them. Can't beat it for the price, and the location is great. My biggest problem would be in relation to the parking, the spaces are really narrow, and the area I live in has a narrow driveway behind it, so it is difficult for me to pull in, but no big deal.
