What I don't get is, why would any apartment complex allow people in with kids, when there is no place for them to play' TCA is really loaded with kids, that like to play in the parking lot. Then when you wake up one morning, and find scratches all over your car, who do you blame' When you go to management about almost running over the little varments, they don't do any thing. Don't allow peolpe in with children, unless you are going to build a playground for them to play in. Keep them out of the streets!!!!PARENTS!!!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I do understand how a person can be frustrated with having to deal with other people's kids running around non-supervised, but Management can not deny an apartment to someone because they have children. This would be a HUGE violations of the FAIR HOUSING ACT!!! If you have such a problem with it, you need to save up your pennies, clean up you credit and BUY!

I think "Too Many Kids" is a bad title for your little story because I have lived in Timber Creek for 6 years, which is longer than you and as huge as this complex is there are probably 20 kids total!You need to get your facts straight before you make false statements.Did you ever think maybe management has better things to do than chase kids out of the street?Isn't that the parents job?Maybe you should take it up with them and stop complaining!Or how about this concept, don't live in an apartment complex! Sounds to me like a nursing home may fit your needs better!

well i have 3 kids all under the age of 6 and i am outside with them every chance i get so they can play with my neighbor's kids. kids need a place to live too buddy. if you don't like it then move to a retirement home!!!
