My husband and I currently live in TCA. We cannot wait to get out of there. The parking is aweful, the neighbors are noisy, the place is falling apart, and the management is horrible. I am normally easy going, but TCA have drawn my last nerve. Numerous times my friends have been towed for various unrealistic reasons. There are cars that sit in the parking lot with flat tires and pieces falling off. Both of our screen doors don't fit the tracks that are on the doors. There is a huge gap between the door frame and the outside, so it snows in the kitchen in winter! As previously said, management is nice but seems to occupied to pay attention to detail. It may be a great price for the area, but worth a dime.
