I really can't say that Timbercreek is all that bad of a place to live, I'll give the pros and the cons:

Pros
-Private entries (and each bldg only two floors)
-Not very noisy (compared to my last apt)
-Maintenance fixes things quickly
-Nice rent specials
-Carpeted
-Huge walk in closet
-There is a pool and fitness center

Cons
-There is tons of mold, there was a huge area in my bathroom but maintenance took care of it
-Bugs, bugs, galore! Me and my daughter have been bitten many times although the exterminator came but it really didn't help. Lots of earwigs, spiders, water bugs, etc.
-Parking....if you come home after 8p good luck getting a spot close to your apt! And all guests have to have a pkg pass or they will be towed (I've seen them tow many ppl)
-Mail delivery. I've had many probs with gettin my mail! And this is a prob with the post office I guess, but thought I'd put it out there. Either my mail is put in the wrong box, or it's damaged in my box.

There will be pros and cons anywhere you live, but if you're young (like me) and just need a relatively nice place for not too expensive, I would recommend this place.
