I love it here for many reasons. There are a few reasons I would warn someone about before moving here. The first is the parking. After 8pm, finding a spot close to your apartment is rare. Guest do have to have passes but residents should be able to park close to there home and not give up space to a guest. Also the fitness center hours are strange. The fitness center opens at 8am, closes at like 12 or 1pm, and doesn't open again until 5pm. Again nothing really major. Just me being picky.
