Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
My husband and I have lived at Timber Creek for about 2 years. Mistakenly we renewed last year. Everyone keeps saying that the new manager is bad, I think the old manager was bad as well. We have had problem after problem with mold, leaks, and crumbling ceilings... but each time we put in a work order it took 10 additional calls and 8-12 weeks of waiting before they were fixed. We have gotten nothing but a run around from the office and Katz is a managing company that we will continue to stay away from next time.
