My boyfriend and I lived here back in 2007. We decided to live here because of the cheap price. I believe since then they have raised the rent to $735 a month. WE would never ever ever go back there!
This complex is disgusting and a complete disaster. We have had multiple conversations with the office. They are rude, and extremely careless when it comes to their residents. Both ladys are rude, the older lady is always cranky and snappy.The younger one acts nice when you walk in for a viewing of an apartment but once you sign the lease, she will turn bipolar on you. Matt which is the property manager is pretty down to earth cool guy, but he is just being a property manager. If he would just hire new leasing agents, I think that would be a plus. The complex needs upgrading badly.

We had our ceiling cave in one rainy day at like 4 in the morning. I woke up to the sound of rain but on tile. Which was in out kitchen, and on the breakfast bar. The guy told us to poke a hole in the ceiling, and use buckets until the following morning around 8! There was water everywhere in our kitchen, water came out from the lights also. This was so devastating. I was late to work again. They arrived and only patched it up and told us to wait a week and they will fix the roof. They never did until I called to complain, and they said they have been trying to get in contact with someone. They came out a day later.

Another incident was when I got locked in, yes INSIDE, my apartment. I was late three hours to work because maintenenace did not come until three hours later. This happened two times!!

You can hear your neighbors underneath just talking. Careless neighbors(loud kids!!!!), careless staff, and overall F. Not to mention the fitness center is just disgusting adn small. Oh, and their freaking parking is ridiculous! You need a parkign sticker which I had on my car and their towing company still towed my car! I had to pay near 150 dollars to get it out from naperville! Parking is just impossible. I came home around eight and I had to walk far to get to my apartment!

The only good thing was the cost of this cruddy apartment. The cheapest around Dupage. Oh and the fact they had tennis courts.

This apartment was a huge issue. All my boyfriend and I fought about was this lame apartment. Problems after problems. I have been late multiple times because of my apartment complex. The security is good at this apartment complex...diverse community and cops pass by every night and during the day.

If you are desperate for a cheap place then come here. IF you like peace and quiet go somewhere else. They might have changed now in 2009 but when we left in 2008, we were ecstatic.!

I think it's sad how some here serioiusly think this is a good property. ANd the rating beats the place I live at now. The place I live at now Twin Lake Towers is so far the nicest place We have lived. Living at Timber Creek was the WORST! PLease stay away from this place! Yeah its cheap, but youll be paying more in your energy bill!

If you do decide to stay here make sure you get the bottom floor.
