Yes there are roaches everywhere, but considering the multitude of other problems and dysfunction of this place, the insects are the least of your worries if you rent or buy from Waterbury (WARNING: DON'T DO IT!!). The office staff is completely useless, fat wicked old ladies that don't give a flying fig. Their policies will cost you hundreds in towing fees, don't even think about having guests or family over. They tow, tow, tow anything and everything! Constantly changing their rules to make a buck. This is the HOOD - Noisy, vile and trashy. Rent anywhere else, this place is the pits. There are two nicer complexes next door that you will fare much better at.
