The rent I think is rediculiously high. My neighbor is paying $800 something for a 1 bedroom. Other then that the apartments are nice sized. But when we moved in I noticed shoddy construction and I am not a carpenter/ construction worker. Cabinets out of alignment in the kitchen and bathroom and other small things here and there. Walls seem to be thin and they have a no pit bull policy which is definately not enforced so I am forced to walk by that ground floor unit and get barked at and navigate my way through their patch of grass infront of the patio and not step in it's dog poop if I want to go out the back way of my building. We were promised key fobs to gain acess to the fitness center after office hours and I kept getting the run around on that and finally after my lease is almost up the fobs are here.
It is okay but the door slamming is annoying and the loud noise.
I would look elsewhere first. But the office is nice as is maintenance. Don't totally rule this place out.
