Office staff is rude, and almost never present in the office. Messages left with the answering service almost never get returned, and requests always go ignored. Issues, even those that regard points of sanitation go unfixed for days and even weeks when a request is made several times. The apartments look nice, and are very roomy, but security is lax, and noise reduction is mostly non existant. The office staff harrasses people (especially those on housing) threatning eviction over clerical errors THEY made in the first place. Head of maintnace is rude, and incompetent, often misdiagnosing, and trying to blame others for problems. Staff is mostly unprofessional. They lie,and give different rates, and prices to different people, in an effort to fend off housing clients, (they should NOT be able to say they are 'equal opportunity') Things get moved, and rummaged through when you are not present and staff are in your unit alone. Mold issues take MONTHS to get resolved,and the staff turns the other way in regards to parents who let their children go about the property at all hours yelling, screaming, and damaging things, and in general making the environment unpleasant. All in all, I would say AVOID THESE APARTMENTS, well they appear nice, the staff and environment is tenative at BEST. This can be clearly seen by the high turnover ratio, and the frequently vacated units.
