if you are considering moving here please for your sake think twice. For starters as soon as I moved in I noticed my sliding glass door was leaking I told the officeabout three weeks went by no one came to look at it or anything. I went to talk to the office again came in took pictures gave me a dehumidifier that I have to run off my electricity and not to mention it did not solve the problem. The carpet is literally molding underneath. And big suprise its still not fixed.
The water heater went out they put a new one inI still have to manually light it. The new one doesn't even work.
THey tow your car if you don't park in the yellow lines even if you have a stickerI've seen it done.
The neighbors sink started leaking right above us they told the office about it about two to three months ago and they blamed it on them and still haven't fixed it! And guess what now my ceiling is leaking right under there sinkStrange coincidence and did they do anything about it-no.
The security guard will literally stand outside of your door and listen to you or get this sniff in front of your door. I feel liek I'm on lockdown.
The walls are so thin I can hear what my neighbors are saying and i'm not being sarcastic.
People threw cigarette butts in the lawn and since I'm on the bottom floor they left me a note that I had to clean them up and I don't even smoke! She told me they gave a note to everyone above me too and I asked my neighbors and they never got a note.
The office is never available you get sent to an answering service that doesn't answer ANYTHING.
Maintenece comes into your apartment when you aren't home for no reason. they are so ignorant they left my door unlocked.
Ask anyone who lives here, and don't be like me and not listen to them, because I certainly learned my lesson. I would do anything to express to people how much of a fraud this place is. They took adavantage of me for a year-please don't make the same mistake.
