Give Them a Chance

I would like to say there is good and bad in all apartments especially in this day and age. I don't know what building has rodents but I have lived here 3 years and I am not receiving a discount but in any case Oakbrook walked in on a very mismanaged property with a lot of mismanaged budgeting. What the other review stated as far as the inspections is correct when you have government subsidizing inspections are required but I agree it is to our benefit especially if some have the issues they are complaining about. Privacy in apartments is limited you do not own the property and also everyone has different housekeeping priorties and if you as the other reviewer stated you should read your lease. I wasn't sure about them at first but they have already begun to make improvements but as they say; "Rome was not built in a day." To me they already are much better then the last ones that were here who were groomed in lip service, doubltalk, and lies. Walk a mile in thier shoes .....
The only complaint I have is the change in the Dog policy there are no restrictions and it is not addressed enough and there are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy toooooooo many dogs per unit here as well as people ..........
