Safe and Friendly - Wonderful community area to live in. Huge city park right next to quiet complex. Excellent Customer Service and Maintenance Crew. Clean and Well kept grounds. We have great apartments, great maintenance and management staff and feel safe here.

i would not recommend these apartments to anyone. the ponds are very gross and the people in the office could careless about anyone who lives in them, also the one maintanence man has no clue what he is doing so the apartments are not being kept up or fixed properly.

Not the worst but won't renew I don't mind living here as I have for a couple years, however with Oakbrook taking over I will not be renewing my lease. You never know when you could recieve an eviction notice and then have 10 days to get out.

Pool???? What happened to the pool being open from Memorial Day to Labor Day? It is already into June and the office claims they do not know the hours of the pool?! The temp has been in the 80's and no pool! I thought one of the wonderful admenities of this apartment complex was the pool.
