I've lived here for 5 months now and I have been happy with this place. Yorkville is a great town and if you a looking to rent you cannot get the same value at this price.

The apartments themselves are on the old side, but the maintenance has been good at taking care of my requests. The management website is great, I use that to pay rent and submit all my maintenance requests.

My only complaints are noise and my carpet--but that's my fault for not asking for it to be replaced before I moved in.

If you are looking to move to Yorkville, I highly recommend this place. If you're looking for something newer--the same management runs Yorkville Meadows right next door. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

thank you very much for the review you placed on this site! it has helped me alot in making my decision on weather or not I wanted to move into yorkville! I have heard nothing but good things the only thing I am worried about is the price range! I just don't know if I can afford it! I have heard that everything in yorkville is very high priced except in hideaway lakes. but thank you very much I really enjoyed reading that review!
