Best value for money I have lived here for 2 years. Management and maintenance are excellent. I have not had any problems at all. Yorkville is a great community to live in.

Great apt! BRand new apts that are absolutely huge with attached garage and a high speed T-1 internet connection included in the rent. These are the largest and best laid out apts I have ever lived in. Highly recommended!

NOT HAPPY!!!! I can't believe this place get's 100%. It's a crap hole. Just walk down the outdoor halls and see for yourself. There's trash all over. The people that live here are slobs. The "staff" in the office are RUDE, LAZY, and they don't care about
