- I lived at The Reserve at Fox River for three years. I lived in a 2 bed 2 bath. It was a very nice apartment with 2 full baths and lots of storage. Worst Place This place is noisey as hell. From the noise upstairs which is heard through the entire apartment downstairs, to the gang of unsupervised children running around screaming by your windows. Also the ignorant and nosey people not picking up after their dogs who crap right outside

Seriously Yuckkie!! This place is about as ghetto as it gets and is a total crap hole.
Constant loud music drive-by's at all hours of the night. The police are always patroling the grounds. Do NOT move in, seriously, it's such a dump!

Terrible Management -- Noisy You'd better hope you don't someone in the apartment above you! Don't believe them when they tell you the ceilings are concrete. Also they don't mention the extra $75 every two months you have to put out for the water bill.

Great apt! BRand new apts that are absolutely huge with attached garage and a high speed T-1 internet connection included in the rent. These are the largest and best laid out apts I have ever lived in. Highly recommended!
