Yeah you definitely heard correct.

The office and every staff member are deceiving.

The outside may look a beauty but trust me when it's all a rouge.

The cleaning staff even threw away loads of my laundry.

Yep! only two washers and two dryers per eight units.

Not to mention at any given time usually only one dryer works.

Out of commission as well for months at a time.

Have had several items stolen from laundry rooms, dryers too hot they burn holes in clothes and forget ever complaining about it because the staff could care less.

Dishwasher has never worked and neither does exhaust fan in bathroom always causing mold along top of shower.

Second room has no AC unit as other does therefor causing unbearable heat in the summer and the winter its brutally cold.

Let's not get started on the four raises in my rent in five years time.

It's absolutely ridiculous and come this year we are NOT renewing our lease.

I wouldn't tell my worst enemies to lease here.
