Waterford Place has recently been taken over by new management and these new folks are trying their best to get this place turned around and make it a safe and comfortable place to live. Cheers to Harold & Brittany:)

Waterford Place Apts has come a long way due to the change in management. We have an excellent staff that is more than willing to meet the needs of our Waterford residents. The amount of traffic has tremendously changed. Management is getting more involved with the residents in the community. By hosting movie days and doing other events that includes families. The maintenance are completing the maintenance request in timely manner. Is Waterford a better place to live? Yes Would, I live at Waterford? Yes
