Run Away!!! - Yeah you definitely heard correct. The office and every staff member are deceiving. The outside may look a beauty but trust me when it's all a rouge. Not that great It looks nice on the outside and the apartments are decent looking, but I've got the smelliest person ever who lives in the apartment below me and she stinks up the whole hallway. Not much was done when I complained about her. The floor shakes whenever the people next door

New Management Since the new manager has taken over. Waterford has become a better and quieter place to live. Not only that but the staff at waterford has been working very hard to with the residents here. I am overall pleased with the new manager and maintenance staff. Keep up the good work!

used to be better I have been here for over 5 years.rent is a little high for zion but the size is nice. if you need something fixed it takes a while but it gets done and my only complaint is trying to get a hold of the office is impossible
