I stay here and have been here since 2/2011 - Country Chalet Apartments is not a bad place to call home. Because I moved in 2/2011 I have not seen any pest, but I have seen some pretty bunny rabbits. Not that great It looks nice on the outside and the apartments are decent looking, but I've got the smelliest person ever who lives in the apartment below me and she stinks up the whole hallway. Not much was done when I complained about her. The floor shakes whenever the people next door

New Management Since the new manager has taken over. Waterford has become a better and quieter place to live. Not only that but the staff at waterford has been working very hard to with the residents here. I am overall pleased with the new manager and maintenance staff. Keep up the good work!
