To be quiet honest, this was my first apartment rental after moving out of my parents home. The place is a nice, very new establishment in the Anderson area, right off exit 26 of I69.
At first, I thought the rent was alil high, but considering the place i'm in now, you really get what you pay for. The maitenance was there the next day the two times I had to call.
The staff were nice, you could actually sit and talk to them from time to time. Their "no late fees till the 5th" policy is very friendly to bi-weekly paycheck income.
To be quite honest, I was afraid we'd have people reporting us for noise. We were playing DDR and noticed some stuff rumbled alil when we jumped (we were in an upstairs apartment). We heard a fire alarm go off once, and I knocked on all the aprtment doors -- to my surprise i found out there was somebody living below me and they didn't even know somebody lived above them! So very sound-absorbing. Only reason we heard the fire alarm was because of the air vent, i think.
Parking was decent, not a ton of lighting.. but Anderson isn't exactly your crime-ridden area like parts of Indy can be.
I'd honestly like to go back, but I can't really afford a 50 mile round trip every day to-from work with gas prices the way they are.
