Decent apartments with Great Staff

I've lived here for about a year. While I'm not planning to renew my lease, it has more to do with the fact that I work in Indianapolis, and the hour long commute one way is becoming unbearable. Overall, I've liked Applecreek. There aren't unlimited choices in Anderson, and I'd say Applecreek is near the top of the options in the city.
The things I like about Applecreek:
The staff is awesome. They are the best of any apartments I've lived in. Very friendly and willing to help you. Have even brought packages into my apartment at my request on more than one occasion when I couldn't get to the office before closing. I also really like the walk in closet space in the bedroom (I've been in a one bedroom). There are washer/dryer hookups. I have felt safe here and the convenience to I-69 access is great. I also like having Meijer, Payless, Target and all the restaurants so close and accessible.
The things I don't like about Applecreek:
No microwave in kitchen. The apartments are somewhat small. I wish they had a little bit more square footage. I have also had a small problem with bugs. The little roly poly bugs and some spiders. I went on vacation this summer and the staff said they would spray for me. I haven't really seen too many spiders since then, but the roly poly bugs seem to still be around everywhere. Great for my cat who loves to play with them (especially when they curl up and make a tiny little cat toy ball) but they are an annoyance to me.
Overall, I've really enjoyed living here. If you want a nice apartment in Anderson, then definitely consider Applecreek. Just don't expect perfection (in any rental!)
