This place is a joke. So far almost everyone is right. If it's broke, you are better off fixing it yourself. The ladies in the office are down right nasty with their tenants and just don't care about any problems that may arise. For a while it was better. Things were getting fixed thanks to a very nice young maintenance manager they hired. But they even pushed him to the limit and he ended up quitting. Now, it has gone back to the same old ways. All the staff here cares about is getting you in the door so they can get a bonus, yes a bonus. I know how this stuff works, I use to do leases at a previous complex. So, all in all, if you can afford another place to stay, and actually want a place you like to call home, go else where, do not come here, you will regret it!!!
