Autumn Ridge Apartments

Do NOT move Here!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 photo   We have lived here for a few years and have had nothing but trouble. The office staff has been replaced completely three times in two years. The management company has changed hands once during our stay. We have had over a half dozen floods in our apartment. Our neighbors have had even more. CONSTANT plumbing issues and the maintenance staff is incompetent. We hired someone to come fix our plumbing because it never was fixed. I know that their was and has been legal action taken against the apartment complex because of poor maintenance, mold issues, and faulty equipment on the grounds. RENT is not fairly priced. I have yet to meet anyone that lives here that pays more or the same that I do. Our rent is any where from $50-$100 more than anyone else. When it is questioned we are told...its our fault for signing the lease. Yeah...thats what they said!!!! I have MANY MANY other complaints, but I think you would get the point. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! There are many other apartments in the area that are much better. We are moving to them at the end of our lease!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
